Pre-K for 4's
Our Pre-K program, "Little Drakes", for 4 year olds, is offered two full days per week, available to children who will be 4 by September 1st of the current school year. Teachers plan a variety of hands-on, play-based activities that focus on developing early learning skills, including social-emotional learning (making new friends, problem-solving, self-control, self-confidence), cognitive learning (beginning writing, letter and sound recognition, counting and math skills), fine and large motor skills, music and movement activities.
Our school provides healthy meals each day. Your child may qualify for free or
reduced meals. Students who qualify for reduced-price meals will receive free
breakfast and lunch.
Currently, classes are offered 2 days per week. Tuesday/Thursdays or Wednesday/Fridays from 8:10-3:50 during the regular school year. Busing to and from school is available for children enrolled in our 4 year old program.
